El Paraíso

One of the most famous areas, "El Paraiso" is located in the heart of the "New Golden Mile", just 10 minutes from the marina of Puerto Banús and just 15 minutes from Marbella city centre. Surrounded by three of the most popular golf courses Marbella has to offer, this paradise also is also home to some of the most famous luxury hotels, beach clubs and restaurants in its immediate vicinity.
The picturesque little village of Benahavis, which is famous for its gastronomy far beyond the borders of Spain, and the arising and trendy Estepona town with its yacht harbour are only a few minutes away by car.

How we work ...

The TRICOM Property Group exclusively develops and finances its own projects. We operate according to a three-stage plan, involving a testing, development and implementation process. The various areas of responsibility, starting with project analysis through to implementation, are all handled in-house. Our lean and flexible organisational structure means our decision-making is fast and effective.

In Swiss dialect, 'läbbe' means living and 'da' the focal point - this is what we're all about. We plan and complete carefully each of our building projects paying close attention to the smallest detail. We do more than just building houses. We build a new home for our customers. For many, this is a new life centre, an environment where they feel safe and secure.

TRICOM legal pack

We attach great importance to continually ensuring the service quality to our customers is delivered at the highest level and goes well beyond a purchase transaction. Starting with the first contact through to signing the legal documents and handing over the property, we always endeavour to build a long-term and friendly relationship with our customers.

We guarantee the legality of all our projects and builds. This guarantee can be checked at any time by customers or their legal representatives, ensuring absolute legal certainty.

All of our properties are handed over with a building completion certificate and the associated guarantee. These confirm that all requirements of the relevant authorities and the planning permission have been adhered to without limitations or changes.

For the reasons outlined above, we have created the TRICOM legal pack which gives customers and their legal representatives all the documentation relating to the property. This includes in particular: Planning permission, DIA (Documento Informativo Abreviado), reservation voucher, private purchase contract including payment terms, plans of the property
