All activities of the TRICOM GROUP are coordinated by the management and the investment managers of the Swiss parent company. Together, they are responsible for acquisition, project development and implementation. They therefore cover the real estate value chain, which primarily comprises 3 areas:

Acquisition: identification and acquisition of new projects and existing properties. Working closely with the their partner property consultants, they identify targets and select the best properties.

Development: project development and revitalisation planning of existing properties until they are ready for construction. To this end, we employ architects and project managers who are responsible for the planning. Work requiring specific know-how, such as topographical and geological surveys, is carried out on a case-by-case basis by third parties.

Implementation: Projects from the start of construction. For this purpose, we employ project managers. During the implementation phase, they act as client representatives for the entrepreneurs and planners.

An exclusively commissioned marketing company is responsible for the sale, management and rental of the properties and inventories, as well as for project marketing and PR. Their role is to maintain existing and new purchasing groups, to support national and international broker networks and to have a presence at the location of the respective properties for sale. Both in terms of sales and rental, we work with specialised, established brokerage houses.
